Italian sportswear brand Ellesse has organised a competition in which it will invite two young people to form part of the team of models who will work as ball collectors at the Mutua Madrid Open.

The Italian brand Ellesse, whose clothing has been sported by legends like Boris Becker, Guillermo Vilas and Chris Evert, is, for the second year running, the official sponsor of the Mutua Madrid Open and has launched a worldwide competition to choose two lucky winners who will find themselves working with tennis’ elite in Madrid.

Over six weeks, since the 20th of February, the Italian sportswear company has invited brave, attractive young people to take part in a competition for the chance to be one of the two models, one male and one female, who will be flown to Madrid where they will train for two weeks before entering the final phase along with the other models who will be working at the tournament this year.

The prize includes flights, accommodation, food and exclusive equipment designed by Ellesse  for the first edition of the Mutua Madrid Open that will be played on blue clay courts.

Those interested in participating simply have to send a retro-style photo of themselves taking its inspiration from the Playboy tennis icons and the Calendar Girl to the official Ellesse Facebook page.

The images will later be posted in the the “Ellesse Elite” photo gallery which can be found at www.ellesse.com and winners will be selected by a team from Ellesse and sent to spend two incredible weeks in Madrid in May.
