Remember once you make a purchase, no changes or refunds are allowed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS GIFT CARD 2010*:

These General conditions are subject to possible modifications and/or enlargements. Therefore we strongly recommend for you to contrast the information through our web page www.madrid-open.com.

- TAX included in Prices.
- The price of all tickets in spite of their amount, will have a surcharge of 1 € (one Euro) as for management and service expenses. For season tickets, 1.6 € will be requested for each complete purchase. The acceptance of these general conditions implies specifically the clients approval to this additional surcharge fee.
- The Gift Card is exclusively sold by internet. Purchase is firm and concluded as soon as the payment has been made effective and no changes or refunds will be accepted.The Gift Card

is not a credit card; you may not change it´s value for money.
- Gift Card is personal and non-transferable. To be used only by the person that is gifted.
- Maximum of 20 tickets per card.

- The schedules of the matches and program of the tournament are subject to change.
- The Organization is not responsible of the possible fraudulent use of the gift card. In no case will be issued duplication of gift cards and their entrances.
- The Organization will not be responsible for the tickets purchased outside the official sales channels.
-These general conditions have been written in Spanish and translated into English. Therefore,

the terms and conditions written in Spanish prevail and rule and will be interpreted according to the Spanish legislation.
