Our web fights for the number 1
By now, everyone should be aware that everything in the tournament has changed this year and our website, produced by Spanish digital agency Internetría Interactive could not stay behind.
The site breaks all the rules and incorporates horizontal navigation, which imitates the user experience when watching a tennis match, that is, moving ones head from side to side. It was something evident, but no one had done it ever before.
The richness when it comes to variety and quality of content is also key, with great presence
of news items and videos.
Interactive draws, live scores and real time statistics... Everyting necessary to be informed up to the minute.
Strategy and implementation in social networks such as Facebook, Youtube, MySpace and Twitter are also one of the main new features in the tournament’s online presence.
We like to think differently, we pursue change and we are conscious that we are introducing great changes and innovations, following the avant-garde trend that has been set.
The figures endorse the strategy: The website is receiving an average of 15 million page views
every day.
